VVX500 Setup

I have searched the forum and see some articles but none have helped me. Hoping someone can shed some light on how to get this working.

I have 3CX using Amazon Lightsail and a Twilio trunk. I have a Polycom VVX500 but I am at a lost (not phone technical am I) and the docs I find don't seem to have something more like step by step.

Anyone have any documents to offer that I can follow? I know that this is a legacy phone but I do see some people get it to work.

I apologize that this has probably been asked a thousand times but I can't find something more to my setup.

It works with an SBC or local. Just not STUN.
