Solved W56H / W60P Connect Error 3CX phonebook

Hello,
I come across a problem that I can reproduce but for which I can't find a solution.

On some W56H DECT, based on W60P, it is impossible to open the 3CX Phonebook, when I click on it I immediately get "Connect Error"...

by manually changing the URL to http and not https it works perfectly while the 2 URLs pass without any problems with a browser.

Finally the parameter (on W60P): Only Accept Trusted Certificate is of course on Disable, the track seemed good... especially since the certificate is all that is most valid.

if someone has an idea, I have several standards, some have this problem (the most recent) others do not (the oldest)

There was an old thread about this probleme but it has been closed without any suggestion.

Solved : in parameters - security - uncheck SSL Transport and Ciphers.
don't know the importance of this parameter.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution. The option disables TLSv1.1 for PCI compliance so if you are using a phone that does not support TLSv1.2 you may need to disable it, to remote provision the phone and receive the phonebook.
