So I have to following very strange situation:
remote office connects via STUN to home hosted PBX. Worked fine for years. Upgraded the dect to a W70 base and W56H handheld, and the T46S to a T46U.
Registration works fine, you can call and be called with both phones.
Both phones are in the same call queue (extension 02 and 10, the dect is linked to extension 10)
->Both phones are logged in in a queue
->I veryfied via web that both 02 and 10 are logged in in queue explicitly
->if you call the queue, in web you see both extensions blink as in receiving call. Yet the DECT phone does NOT ring
if you call 10 directly, it rings.
Firmware is updated to the current supported by 3CX, I am running v18.9
I know STUN should be avoided, so am planning to upgrade the customer to V20 and work with router phone (T46U can be router phone), but not able to do that shortly.
What might cause this? never had issues with ringing in previous setup, which was a 56P detc and a T46S fixed IP phone
