W60B w/ 3 Phones in a Ring Group - Busy Signal on 2nd Call

Hey guys, just started using W60B/W56H for the first time. I have one base and 3 phones on a 2 channel trunk with 2 DIDs. I have incoming calls using the trunk's default destination of ring group 800 pointing to all 3 handsets. First call works fine, but 2nd call results in a busy signal. I assigned their 2nd DID to a separate extension using the 3CX app, and I can have 2 concurrent calls that way, but it seems this base won't accept more than one call despite having 3 phones.

Any suggestions?

If the first ring group still ringing, when the 2nd call comes in. If so this is correct , as the extensions are busy it will go to not available routing,

ring groups can not accept multiply calls

Is this a scenario where a call queue will work better?

DECT bases have a limitation of how many simultaneous calls they can accept (unrelated to 3CX).

Perhaps change the ring strategy, and not use ring all?
