W70b with 2 handsets issue

Hi all,

I have a customer with a W70b and 2 handsets attached.

Both handsets have the same user on - one for downstairs one for upstairs - however the 2nd handset doesnt ring when the DDI is called only the first handset rings - it can dial out however. The base station is connected through a T53 router phone which is also the same user.

Anyone any ideas?

Ahh solved - I forgot to add it to incoming lines.

Hi David,

Please note that when you factory reset the device and follow the guide, the phone should automatically assign each handset you pair to the next available extension, one by one.

If you made manual changes to the device or the handset menus, the extensions might not map correctly and you will have to provision it from scratch.
