Waiting time for transferred call to voicemail diversion

When I transfer a call to another local number it takes almost a minute before it goes to their voicemail.

How can I reduce this? In my config below it is only 25 seconds. I believe there's an XML file that I need to edit to change the waiting time.

Is this a blind, or attended transfer? Not that it should make much of a difference, but if only one type had the excessive delay, then that might point to what is happening.

Have you looked over the 3CX log of the call to see at what point the delay occurs, or, if there is anything to indicate why it takes so long?
