Wallboard Version 14 - suggestion

Hi 3CX

I have upgraded customer on Pro version from 12 to version 14

they used to have large screen on the wall in office will 3 browsers open on it showing 3 wallboards for different Queues

since upgrade they can not do this and would need 3 screens on the wall and 3 pc's to show this info

suggest this version is a step back and if anyone know of a work round please let me know as I have un happy customer after upgrade
but we needed to upgrade them to keep them on a supported version

Hi,

This is a complaint of many many users of 3CX V14 and even in V15 it is not available in a web version either!

3CX removed a popular feature without consulting any of their customers it seems....bad move!

I don't know any of the costs, but I know somebody else on a forum posted about this company:

You can use the CDRs to pull the info you need.
