Wallboard

Here I've attached the wallboard,I would like to request to concern can we add a box like how much agent login and will show their count.

Or make a others which may name "Agent wallboard"
Where will monitor by agent available count,agent away count,agent break count etc like 3cx status..

Many days I m taking my services provided but they completely unable to solve.

I'm using 3 license but it's Very need.please.

This information is currently not available for the Wallboard but you might want to check what information is available on the other Switchboard screens as well. For instance, you should be able to determine how many agents are available in a particular Call Queue from the "Q-Manager" screen.

For the Wallboard specifically, you could perhaps go through our Ideas Section to see if anyone else submitted anything similar as a feature request. If not, you might want to consider reaching out to one of our Partners to have this feature request posted on your behalf.
