I am also receiving this warning on the dashboard. Similar post here https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...ustom-templates-which-may-cause-issues.56318/.

Server OS: Windows 2012R2
3CX Version 15.5.0

I've cleared browser cache.
There is nothing red on the phones tab.
Firmware on all phones is up to date.
Updates page states that the system is up to date.
I deleted all template files in the phones directory and restarted all services. Directory located here: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\koeele6mnf\CustomTemplates\phones

I used to use custom templates for our unsupported Cisco phones back when I was converting our network from Cisco to 3CX. This is no longer necessary. All phones are now Yealink T46G, T42G, & T42S.

Where the Cisco custom templates in the custom templates folder or did you replace the default templates in the default templates folder?

The Cisco custom templates were in the phones folder: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\koeele6mnf\CustomTemplates\phones

I checked the properties on one of the removed templates in the recycle bin just to double check.

The Custom Templates directory and phones directory are both empty.

Are there any unsupported devices added to the system either registered or not that might be causing this?

The problem is solved. 100% of phones are Yealink, using Yealink default templates. I suspect there are bits of our previous Cisco environment causing the issue. When looking in the phones column on the extensions tab I noticed that there are several users with extra phones. I removed several CyberData Emergency Intercom phones from several users. This solved the problem. I've never configured a phone for CyberData Emergency Intercom. Maybe the phones still had stale Cisco records in there being set to the Cisco templates and once I removed the templates from the server 3cx grabbed CyberData Emergency Intercom for that data field???

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.
As the template was removed the first available template was selected which is the CyberData one.
