I have just noticed the following when logging into my free 3xc install, what aare my options? could this be migrated into the hosted cloud or just appy a new anaul licens for onprem?

For now, you would no need to do anything as we will be extending all free expiring keys until June 2023.

Now after June, more information will be published to inform you about your options and they way forward regarding free keys.

I am in the middle of rolling an on premise install out and at the time when I recommended this the 4 SC on premise was free for life.

This is very unsettling for those of us who do not wish to or it is unfeasible to switch to a cloud platform for hosting. IE the customer already has a sip provider and DID configured etc.

To understand, the annual Standard 4 SC license (and all other standard licenses) no longer exists after these expire ? But license remain functional until expiration?

For a while now we no longer give these 4 Sc free. So the licenses above in the thread are 2 month trial licenses.

Will there be a method to go back and forth between the two types of systems?

I can see a few customers migrate to a StartUP Pro but we have call logs, chat logs and all that we MUST keep.

They will be an import yes but not all things no. I think it's ok to restart some things. Else there is always the option of paying a few hundred bucks a year after having a free ride for several years.
