Watson + 3CX

Hi,

How are you all? I have three questions, I'm looking for information regarding connecting Watson and 3CX together, is that possible? Second, is there a natural language processor in 3cx that you can train on your own dataset? Third, is it possible to create a chat diagram to answer simple questions with API connections in 3cx?

What kind of integration with Watson do you need? If you use a CFD app, you can invoke a REST API to interact with it.

3CX doesn't include any natural language processor, but from a CFD app you can use the Voice Input component combined with the Web Service REST component, to recognize speech, and send the recognized text to a web service for processing.

About chat diagram, do you mean a chat bot? If that's what you mean, unfortunately that's not possible at the moment.

I want to integrate the chat features from Watson with the 3CX solutions. I need the core chat functionality from 3cx with the chatbot functions of Watson.
Example: If I have a Watson chatbot that is answering questions in a diagram etc., and when the bot can't answer any more questions and you have to talk to a person the core 3cx chat functionality takes over.

This means we can service phone calls and chat using 3cx solutions with the little help of Watson chatbot.

Unfortunately that's not possible at the moment. Live Chat only works with real agents.
