A platform it will transcribe, summarize, and posts your 3CX phone calls as a time entry in ConnectWise. Check it out and PM me for details. We have been using vight.ai internally and it works great!
It already does that... the built-in one...?A platform it will transcribe, summarize, and posts your 3CX phone calls as a time entry in ConnectWise. Check it out and PM me for details. We have been using vight.ai internally and it works great!
The problem with the basic 3CX server side integration is the data is all posted to the Contact record as an Activity or a Note, not as a Time entry on a Ticket, which is where it really should be. If the initial CRM lookup does not find a match, I want the ability to match the call to the correct company/user/ticket. The Vight website indicates it will do this, but doesn't provide any details. It already does that... the built-in one...?
What exactly is supposed to be special here? There's no details.
It's impossible in 3CX to determine which ticket a time entry should go into. Easy if only one ticket for the contact, but hard when there's many. That's why it doesn't do that. The problem with the basic 3CX server side integration is the data is all posted to the Contact record as an Activity or a Note, not as a Time entry on a Ticket, which is where it really should be. Yes, that was my point of the current server-side integration, and that Vight indicates they might solve it. Basically, I want a client-side integration that can do those things, but so far have not found one that won't require us to do all the development and maintenance. It's impossible in 3CX to determine which ticket a time entry should go into.
