We have remote phones we setup with stun. How do we turn them into router phones?

I just want to make sure I don't screw up the process. I assume we can just delete the phones and then re-add them with the router phone process?

We have 4 remote phones on two sites that I think we setup with stun. We setup two more remote phones earlier this year as router phones and they work great. But is there a process to turn a stun phone into a router phone other than to just delete the phones and re-add them? Can I just delete and immediately re-add? I guess the process is factory reset the phone, delete in 3cx, and go through the router phone add process? The phones are yealink T54W.

Regarding your question, you would need to delete the current IP phones from the user's extensions and factory-set them.

Ensure the firmware is the correct version and then re-add them to the users as per this guide: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/
