web access to Yealink T41S

Hi

This must be such a dumb question but it's driving me nuts. How do I get access to a auto provisioned handsets web interface. I use Admin ( the Yealink default) as the user name after browsing to the IP of the phone and use the password displayed in the Extension/phone provisioning/Phone webpage password. This appears to me the way to go. The phone rejects this and locks me out for increasing amounts of time. Reboot handset try again etc with other combinations I'm sure there's something fundamental I just do not understand. Could someone kindly put me out of my misery with this please

very odd, you are using the correct info.

try another browser

if you factory default the phone, can you gain access ?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can gain access using the Yealink defaults on a reset handset.

I eventually found the password in the phone config template file and gained access tot he phones web interface - if this help anyone with the same problem. Or I've completely misunderstood this isues involved. Line 572
