I've found numerous posts regarding lack of audio in the web client, but none that appear to have a resolution. Hopefully this will time will be different...
I'm running 16.0.504 Professional on Linux. Using web client on Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 on Mac.
3CX is running on prem.
App works fine.
I first noticed the problem when I was at home, and I tried to play back a VM message through the web client. No audio.
I then tried *777. I can hear the ringing, but never get the echo.
The following day, I was in the office, with the same computer, and the *777 test worked fine.
To eliminate any firewall issues, I temporarily allowed all traffic to the 3CX server. That didn't change the behavior.
Thinking perhaps the web client might be trying to use the internal IP for audio, I ran wireshark locally, but didn't see any traffic bound for that internal IP.
Anyone have any next steps for troubleshooting?
