Web Client - Make and Receive Calls

Hi All,

I was using the Web Client to make and receive calls through a Windows 10 computer with Chrome, I could use the inbuilt speaker and mic to accept and talk on the "softphone" of the web client.

This is now no longer working, and when trying to make a call getting a " Requested Device Not Found" error.

I have read that you can't make and receive calls through the web client, and it must be linked to a SIP phone, or Android/IOS device. But it was working before.

There is no phone icon. I know the official documentation says it needs to be linked to a SIP device. At work, it dosen't work. At home, works perfectly.

If you check here, you should be able to select Web Client. Do you have the option?

Ah - so v16 not v15. The icon was changed.
But I use it without a SIP device just fine.

Yes @craigreilly I make and received calls, web meetings from an extension I have, no SIP device added to it
