I have the full 3cx windows client installed. I also have the click to call extension installed as it's handy for interfacing with odoo and glue. However when i have an incoming call the web cleint generates a popup which takes priority and focus off the windows client. The issue is when i I answer with this i get no dialler and no DSS buttons so i cannot use shared parking and transfer is full commit, with no option to take the call back. Is there a way to enable click to call without having the chrome popup appear when a call comes in or do i need to disable the extension.
BTW I tried hitting *01 or even transfer then *01 neither switches to shared parking, they both do nothing.
