Web Page Chat Button

At the moment the chat button has a black circle with a small rectangular square with black lines in it - I would like to change it to a larger rectangle so I can put that its a chat window etc in - I need to write the code into a file as the Wordpress settings don't work as using a plug in - I wrote the HTML code into one of the plug in files and it works great - Regards
