Hi,

I must be missing something very basic, but I've already been searching hours for it..

I have set up 3CX on Azure and everything is working great, I can make calls and I receive calls on my IP phones. However, even though I can make outbound calls with the apps & webclient, they won't accept (ring) external calls, only for internal ones.

Am I missing a setting somewhere? I have 'Ring my mobile simultaneously' checked, but nothing happens..

Thank you!

Bart

When you say Apps, what app? Mobile or desktop softphone?

And the Webclient should popup on right on incoming call. That works by default.

Ring my Mobile won't change anything unless there's a mobile phone number in the extension details (it does not relate to iOS/Android apps).

I mean the Android app, the Windows app and the Webclient. They all have the same behaviour.

They all ring when there's an internal call, but they won't ring on external calls..

Have you created your DID, Inbound Rules and a Ring group to ring all the desired extensions?

I need a bit more details...

Yes, i.e. extension 00 is in a ring group and it will ring on my IP phone but not in the webclient where I logged in using the same extension. Except when I make an internal call to 00, it will also ring in the webclient.

I'm not using different extensions for the mobile clients and they work just fine on the (2) IP phones.

What if you call directly the ring group extension? Instead of 00. See if the Webclient rings at that time.

Hi Frederick,

I figured what's wrong. I transfered the existing phone numbers yesterday from ISDN to a new SIP trunk and it seemed everything was working fine, but it's not. The external calls are still routed through the ISDN line. The phones I have are both ISDN and IP, so that's why it seemed it was working...

I feel so stupid! :D

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help!
