WebClient / Busylight / and secondary ring on other speaker

Hello all,

we are new to 3CX and on the first sight it looks pretty good, we tested a lot with the Webclient in the last days since the Windows Client seems not to be developed further anymore.
Everyone here and at many customers we are just using USB Headsets, the big disadvantage at the moment is you cant configure a speaker for a secondary on another speaker. How is that planned? I also would like to post this on the ideas board but currently im not able to post there.

Edit: found the Busylight entry and excluded it.

Same for us, it would be more than welcome to be able to stop installing the windows client. Currently, we cannot do it because of this reason, mostly.

Within a couple of weeks there will be Busylight compatibility for the 3CX Webclient as well, so hopefully that will resolve the issue and give anoption for adding a ringer;-)

Hello Ole. Thanks for the update ! I'm not sure if I could have the budget to buy more devices for the phone system, but I will look at it. The software will require to purchase a Busylight device, right ?

Yes, you need the busylight for sure. Because they will use there internal ringer from the busylight.

Hi Francois, yes - it requires a Busylight to get the ringer function, as the speaker is integrated in the Busylight. If you are interested in testing it then I will be happy to send you a free sample, so you can make a proper evaluation and see if this is worth finding budget for.
