Webclient, Click-to-Call DECT phone shown as not connected

Hi there,
We use snom m700 DECT base with m65 handsets. Until recently we were able to use chrome click to call extension. I'm not sure if it's related to the upgrade to 15.5.13103.5 or not. Whether we dial directly in webclient or use the click to call the same message Phone Not Connected is displayed and nothing happened.
Is there any known regression ? We use a multicell setup behind a nat without sbc.

Thanks for your answer and the link, I managed to make it works using a small trick. Once an android client (maybe other client I only tried with this one) was connected it works even if the client is disconnected and/or unreachable.
It's not very fun to do on each extension but we can live with that. Maybe a well directed updated on the postgres server might do the trick but I don't feel sufficiently lucky to play with it.
