Hello
we have Fanvil and Cisco 7941 in our office with 3CX 15.5.
The Fanvil's are connected in de webclient of the user but the Cisco's are not.
We have manual and 3cx provisioned phones but their config files are the same and both work accordingly (1 line registered in 3cx, 1 line as pickup group).
In the Phones overview, the extensions are registered as
Vendor: Cisco
Model: CP7941G
FW version: 8.5.3
The list mentions FW 8.5.3 but the phone reports SIP41.8-5-4S.
Can somebody explain how the "phone Not Connected" in the webclient works? Then I can trace back how and why this is communicated between the CISCO and the 3CX.
For Fanvil, I think it works with the modelname in the config but in CISCO there is no "model" tag.
