Good morning,
I configured the WebClient integration for "Auto launch a Custom Contact URL using variables" when "Connected". Problem. The browser often opens the correct page to both "Connected" (answered?) And "Ringing"

Do you have a CRM integration enabled? Maybe you're getting the contact link from the CRM template?

I have CRM Integration but if I enable "Auto launch a Custom Contact URL using variables" I disable "Automatically open Contact URL when CRM Integration is Enabled". Shouldn't only the second start?

Yes, in that case the CRM link shouldn't be launched, but I'm just trying to understand what's going on. The URL that is launched is the same that you have configured in the Web Client? Or is it the ContactUrl returned by the CRM through the integration?

The contact url is the same, at the beginning we wanted to use the CRM Integration but the customer wants the page to open at the answer and not at the ring. I believe that option is only available from WebClient (am I wrong?). So he opens both with the same address

WebClient and also Browser Extension. Check that one.

In the extension's settings there's the same setting that in the Webclient
