Good afternoon,

Is there any way to track logins to the webclient?

Thanks
Lawrie

If you're looking for a specific event, and your 3CX PBX was in Verbose Logging at the time, you should be able to find that info in the Management Console Log, provided of course that it was recent enough and was not overwritten.

That said, I would not recommend keeping Verbose Logging mode enabled permanently just to be able to track these events because of the impact it would have on the system.

It's more of a case that our customers would like to know who is actually available for calls throughout the day.

Agent login history doesn't really apply as not all users are members of queues.

Mostly users are using the webclient with a USB headset.

Thanks

Ask customer to advise staff to make use of the extension status. I dont think having the web client open is enough to say someone's available to take calls.

You can create a dummy queue with all users in it and then run an agent login report on that queue.

Is this something you want to be able to run a "Report" for or do you simply want to know at any given moment who is available and who is not? If the latter, you can already tell by looking at who is registered in the People section of the 3CX Webclient.

It is something we'd like to report on, perhaps just 'last login time' would be sufficient.

I tried this but as they don't actually log out of the queue it doesn't show in the report.

Thanks
Lawrie
