WebClient open contact url via a link

Hi,
someone told me that there was or is a way with the webclient to open the contact url with a button.
So not to answer or ringing, but only by pressing a link on the 3cx pop-up

it is true?

Yes, disable the auto-popup in ... > Settings > Integration and the contact icon should be there in the active call view (the dialer.) Click that icon to open the page.

This requires the CRM Integration to be enabled and configured.

Talking about the webclient.
Disabled auto pop-up, integration enabled, but I've not icon, button or something... just buttor answer o reject
