I have at least 3 users experiencing very strange issue.
First has Sennheiser SC230 headset and "Error connecting to HeadSetup Pro" appears despite not having this software installed. I have installed HeadSetup Pro and problem still appears.
Second User has Plantronics headset with Plantronics Hub installed and error appears:
Third user as Sennheiser SC230 and Webclient does not detect the headset at all. Does have HeadSetup Pro Installed. However everything works!
In Windows Client it was quite easy - just plug in USB headset and play. With WebClient it is hard to troubleshoot these issues.
All are using Google Chrome on Windows 10 Pro. 3CX official site have instructions for Windows Client only. WebClient does not seem to have divided ring configuration as Windows Client does.
I wonder whether it is an issue with policy, firewall ,antivirus, browser or PBX itself. Any ideas?
