Solved Webclient webpage blank

running 16.0.4.504

resent welcome message

navigate to https://fqdn:5001/webclient

page comes up black background with 3CX logo in the middle. No login (that means no box to put userID no box to put password, no button to click to log in)

Tried 4 different PCs - same
Tried Chrome, IE, Brave, Foxfire - same (all current versions) (1 PC has beta version of Chrome)
Tried incog mode - Same
Tried from inside and outside firewall - Same

All PCs all browsers can get to the management console website and log in (inside firewall only)
Tried all variations with manual url input and email click on link
Cleared cache, cookies
its not a 404 error or missing page error

Definition of insanity - trying the same thing over and over and getting the same result.

What could be missing?

[SOLVED] - it was the nginx conf file. restored one from backup and it fixed the issue.

Glad to hear it was resolved. We would recommend to not modify the nginx conf file because it may affect the webclient and management console
