webconf weird problem, create conference issue

Hi everyone,

I have 2 servers for elastix, same setup. Only 1 is kinda production and 1 is r&d. Production has all the extensions unlike the r&d, still plain empty.

I managed to install webconf addon in the r&d elastix. Worked fine, create conference -> send email, etc. All good.

But in production elastix, when I create a conference, it will redirect to an empty page "blank". But if I go back to my elastix again, I can see it has been created. No emails. Then if I click on the particular conference event and resend email invitation, it will only send email.

Any idea what's the problem? How can I fix this?

Where can I view the error log? Probably I can copy the errors

I created a new elastix from scratch again. This time I don't configure anything, but install the webconf addon directly.

I still faced the same issue, create conference will redirect to blank screen.

I noticed there's differences:-

earlier testing - server box no update (yum update)
2 boxes failed testing - all yum update

I wonder is because of the yum update causing the problems.

Is there a way for me to analyze the web conf logs issue?
