WebHID Headset Integration - How it works

Hello! I have Issues to use the Headset Integration on Windows 11 (Pantronics and Yealink WH62), in the DesktopApp and Webclient. When I click on connect Headset in the Webclient I only see "No compatible devices found". On W10 it works fine.
Do you have any ideas where I can start to debug?

Hi Andreas,

Are you using the latest app as mentioned in this post here?

Yes, but it is also in the webclient. The headset-integration isn't working in Windows 11
I can confirm that it works on Windows 11 and that the WH62 can be found.

The fact that no devices can be found in your case points to some other hardware issue.

The app needs to be able to see the device from the OS before it can do anything with it.

Not sure if there is anything we can do to help in this case, you might have to troubleshoot it independently.

Thank you for the support, good to hear that it should work. maybe problems with HP drivers.

Note that Jabra Evolve 30 and Jabra Engage 65 properly work with WebHID, even with client version 18.11.1213 (Update 6 builtin version).
Pick up, hang up, put on hold, resume, mute, unmute, resume with the caller in an attended transfer...
Perfect !

Yealink now has DECT models with a USB dongle as well as bluetooth models.
@Nick Galea Following your feedbacks, i've bought a Yealink BH72 and i can't tell you how much i'm happy with it !!
It just works.
I have 3CX desktop app + Teams client open simultaneously on my laptop (USB Dongle) + my smartphone connected via Bluetooth and i am able to manage both without endless issues with no sound or no mic !!
Goodbye crapy Jabra and CO.

@Gbot@Okam Great to hear, thanks for the headsup!

Thank you, that's very useful info. Did you test it with the Windows or Mac client? Did anyone try it with the Jabra Engage 75?

With both Windows and macOS clients (even if, as based on WebHID, it should not make a difference).

Nick, just wanted to let you know that with the latest version of the 3CX DesktopApp (1217) and the Jabra SDK integration selected, all customers with Jabra 930 headsets are now working fine without call-disconnects.

Neither when using the hold button or attended transfer.
Thank you.
Hi Conict,

I am still having this Issue on my side with the Jabra 930.
When I use attended transfer and try to get the call back, then the call disconnects.

But holding and getting back a call works absolutely fine.
I have used the Version 18.11.217 and 18.12.416 none of them seem to work.

Do you have anything else set to make this work?
Or maybe anyone else still has the same problem?

Thanks in Advance.
Greetings
