Webmeeting Activation

I am current running 3cx 12.5. I had previously licensed the webmeeting when 3 seats were given for free. However when deactivating and reactivating for the free 10 seat webmeeting the screen still shows only 3 seats.
Does anyone know how to get the extra seats.

Any response on this? I'm seeing same as the OP, only 3 simultaneous participants.
Have also tried deactivating and re-registering (following a marketing promo email on topic from 3CX), but still only shows 3, not 10.
Or is this for a different control value - as in number of distinct organisers/hosts/meetings?
