WebMeeting does not end correctly

Initially, we did not receive a letter with a record of the conferences. I read on the forum that the letter comes after the correct completion of the conference.
After the organizer ends the conference, all users are kicked out of it. But users can still reconnect using the link from the letter, until the creator deletes the conference in the web client.

When the meeting organizer exits the meeting, are they selecting "End Meeting"?
Also, when the meeting is scheduled, are they selecting the option For "WebMeeting" or "Webinar (Classroom)"?

If they choose to do a meeting as "Webmeeting" then this will allow anyone to join the meeting without restriction.

In order for them to be in FULL control of the meeting, it is recommended to do a "Webinar" style meeting, so when they exit, noone else can enter, and when the END MEETING button is pressed, EVERYONE gets kicked out and the meeting email is created, along with the recording, if this meeting was recorded.

Also: Please avoid deleting the meeting before you receive the recording.
