Good afternoon. After you upgrade the 3CX WebMeeting (10.6.3.1) for Iphone 11 Pro (IOS13.4) when opening the meeting link, the app crashes. There are no problems with Iphone 11, Iphone 8. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix the problem.

Very many devices have the same problem here, We have iPhone SE, iPhone 6S, iPhone 8, iPhone XR and iPhone 11 Pro.
When we updated the 3CX Webmeeting version 10.6.0.3, all user's devices will crash when they open a link with 3CX Webmeeting.
We are still waiting for a new update to fix it.

We have end-users experiencing the same issue with the crash while loading into a webmeeting. iPhone SE and 7 (possibly others, waiting on reports), both running the latest iOS. 3CX Server is on 16.0.4.504. Webmeeting version 10.6.3.1.

The interesting thing is the same iPhone SE I am currently testing with can join using the webmeeting app on the iPhone on a server running version 16.0.4.493 of 3CX.

I am still trying to recover the sys.log from the iPhone I a testing with.

I wanted to follow-up on some testing we have done. A server with the issue was using the "automatic" Webmeeting MCU setting. We changed it to a specific server (actually tested several) and my iPhone SE can now join without crashing out.

We are now having our users that reported the issue on their server give it a shot.

my iphone XS happens to crash as well. I have reinstalled the Webmeeting app and factory reset the iOS

We are experiencing same issues on iPad Pro also - link is not working and webmeeting starts on safari, but if minimize safari then video/sound is turned off.

Try disabling the permission in Settings -> 3CX WebMeeting.

Calendar is not listed in the settings to disable. I tried disabling every permission selectively and it still crashes.

Neither do I, which is odd since the app check for the permission but doesn't request it.

Hopefully they get it working soon. Running into the same issues. iPhone 11 (not Pro) running iOS 13.4.1 running 3CX Webmeeting 10.6.3.1. Two different users, first time installing/using the app. Crashes immediately after clicking 'Join Now'.

I updated my 3cx system to 16.05.389 3CX App is 16.0.2.107 WebMeeting App 10.6.3.1

Tried different WebMeeting MCU's - Manual/Auto. tried Click-2-Meet, scheduled conference. It does not matter, the app crashes right after the calendar check. Is there a way to load the prior webmeeting version? Webmeeting is unusable for us right now we had to buy Zoom.
