Webmeeting presence status

Hello,

The attendance status does not change during a Webmeeting.

If I make a conference call with the 3CX service from my 3CX account, it should change the status so that my collaborators don't think I'm available...

Is there any action to take for this outside of Office 365 integration?

Regarding your question, please note that the status of an extension will not change automatically when in a webmeeting.

You may use office 365 integration to sync status but note that status changes are available with the outlook calendar sync option from appointments set in the outlook calendars and to the appropriate status.
