Solved WebMeeting Recording

Hello Good day,

I am in need of some help. I have recorded a very important webmeeting however the laptop decided to restart itself at the end of the meeting to finish installing Microsoft updates. My question to all is there a way to still get back this recording if it was even successful? I have check my email and wasn't email the link or stats of the meeting either.

Can anyone advise?

Hello @Omar Ali

From your description i am guessing you did not have a chance to End the meeting properly which is when the recording is generated. You should access the meeting again using the same link and press the End button as the meeting is in theory still going. You should then receive the email with the recording.
