If 3CX wants to set itself apart from its competitors, just this functionality alone would blow everyone else away!
Meetings are mean for presentations (one to many), to view participants (if they all have webcams), pass control of keyboard and mouse to participants, etc. Ideally, the software should allow to also be able to view/control participant screens and incorporate the audio portion to include someone calling in via a phone number like a phone bridge service.
From a Support perspective, the functionality is more geared towards one-on-one. The idea of controlling someone's computer and transferring files between the 2 computers is huge.
Being able to do both within the 3CX environment would be awesome and the cost saving, as a result of not subscribing to these other services would also be huge.
