To confirm, you only have one app open simultaneously, correct? The Web Client, desktop app, or PWA client?

Is this only happening for one user, or is it happening for all users?

This issue just happened to one of my customers using the macOS version of the Desktop client.
We are self-hosted on Digital Ocean using 3CX version v18.0 (Build 965) Professional. Desktop client is also the latest version.
Issue only affected one person. No other 3cx was opened.

Kindly update the 3cx system all the way to update 5 hotfix (Build 418) and then uninstall the desktop app and from the user's webclient download, install and provision the desktop app and let us know if the issue continues.

I confirm that the situation happened again. The computer was in sleep mode and when powered, the first call attempt give the user this error. It's fine when he restarts the app.

That sounds about right; when the PC goes to sleep, its networking also shuts down; you can try to refresh or shut the desktop/webclient app down and re-open it. Otherwise, consider setting the PC to high performance and not sleep/hibernate.

But the internet works when the PC resume it sleep. Seems the WebRTC connection is not refreshed? (this is way over my head)

Which version of the 3cx system are you using? have you updated to Update 5 hotfix 1 and also ensured that the google chrome browser is updated as well as updating the Desktop app?

How is Chrome related to the Desktop app?

Are you still having the issue? Can you please check that the system is updated to the latest version, update 5 and that the desktop app is also the latest version downloaded through the webclient? Additionally, what is the version of the OS that the desktop is running on, please?

Can you please let us know what Mac os version this is and what mac type this is, for example, M1, M1 Max, M2, or intel? Additionally, does the issue occur with webclient also? And for this client of yours, happens for all users or just one?
