WebRTC - No Audio

There is a locked entry on this topic so I am adding my information with a new posting.
WebRTC call connects from Lenovo Thinkpad to 3CX phone on my desk.
WebRTC audio works on the local LAN but not across the firewall.
Firewall is CISCO ASA 5512 configuration is attached.
Using CHROME browser shows connection to udp 1529882421 10.10,15,26 1908 typ host generation 0
Audio input on Stats graphs show good but no bits or packets transmitted.
Any help is appreciated.

im also interested in why webrtc has no audio or rtp streams
