Website Chat Users - Allow File Upload?

Can't seem to figure out how to do this. I can send them photos through the web UI, but can't find a setting to turn it on to allow website visitors to send files/pictures etc..

Is this possible?

For a security point of view it’s not a good idea…

Only the 3CX users taking the chats will be able to share files to the visitors
