Solved WebSocket connection failed

After entering name and email details the plugin is hanging. The web browser console is showing the following error (pid hidden):

WebSocket connection to 'wss://chatserver002.3cx.net/chatchannel?cid=18490&pid=[xxxx]' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 502

Hi there, your wordpress server needs to be able to reach our chatservers hosted on Google Cloud.

no, 3cx verified that it was their servers at the time (two weeks ago) and fixed it, thanks.
