Hi,

When do these appear exactly? Are those legitimate incoming calls?

If this is the name the caller sends (according to captures or logs) then I would not consider it to be an issue.

Hello
yes these are legitimate calls
but wondering if these are coming in through the gateway grandstream
very strange never seen these before

The users dont want to pick up this call because they cant see this number
ive seen it reapper again

Does this happen on other sets, or just the Yealinks? What caller ID information shows in the Activity Log, for one of these calls? If this is a PSTN gateway, you might use the Activity Logs to see if it is one phone line having the problem. Could be a fault with the gateway, or a caller ID issue from your provider. If this is PSTN, you might plug in a caller ID box, in parallel with a suspect line, ahead of the gateway, to see if the issue originates with your provider.
