On our own 3CX that was upgraded to V16 we are seeing a weird voicemail issue.
It is running on a Windows 10 PC.
In all of the 3CX clients is shows as no new voicemails even though I have emaisl with new voicemails.
If I reboot the computer then the 3CX clients will show the new voicemails so you can manage them.
3CX support is stumped.
Any thoughts?

In all of the 3CX clients is shows as no new voicemails even though I have emaisl with new voicemails.
So...You get an email, indicating a new message, but the message waiting indicator on your sets does not light? Is that the issue? What type of sets? Are they all PC's running the 3CX softphone?

The email comes in.
When you go to the 3CX client IOS, Windows, Web it does not show any new voicemails.
I am not sure about the phones since I personally have 487 new voicemails since I use my email to manage and return my voicemails.

Just had a customer report the same issue, I have removed and loaded back on the windows client but shows no new voicemails since the upgrade to version 16. The voicemail is working as they are getting them on the phone and via email just not showing in the windows client. Did you find a fix for this ?

Still no fix.
3CX is working on vmail logs and backup logs and still no answer.

Any Update on this? Has anyone tried to upgrade to v16 Update 1?

Having the same issue on version 16 update 1.

Support got with me on this issue, I had to browse the server files and delete all of the voicemails out of the folder.
My servers are Linux based so, this is the file path I had to navigate to: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Voicemail/Extensions/(ext with issues)

That worked great. I was able to rename the folder, create a new one for that extension and copy the contents into the new folder and all the voicemails showed up in the app.
Thanks for your help.
