Welcome email not sent to some extensions

We are using office365 smtp to send email from 3CX

For some extensions Welcome email arrives normally for others the emails are not arriving or not sent

Office365 Message Trace Results for the people that are not receiving Welcome email don't show anything from 3CX

We cant see any pattern/difference between the people who do recive the Welcome email and these who dont

Support gives access to 3cx Engineers to help fix issues that can not be worked thru online.

As far as I understand this If it can't be worked thru online this probably means 3CX bug so I don't really get the idea where we suppose to pay on top of our maintenance fees another payment for 3CX to fix own bugs

In case someone else is having the same issue here is the resolution
Reseller had no idea how to fix this problem so we paid for a ticket with 3CX support
The problem is empty field in "Click to Call/ Click to Meet". If its empty 3CX is not sending Welcome emails. Unfortunately its no a mandatory field so its a very annoying problem

Glad to see the issue has been resolved however you should be able to send a welcome email if the "Click to Call/ Click to Meet" field is empty. Do you happen to have a custom welcome email template?

Yes a custom template
But very basic and without any "Click to Call/ Click to Meet" info

I think that a variable is missing from the custom template which causes the issue. Try reverting back to the original welcome email template and see if that resolves the issue.
