Welcome email Template customise

Hi All,

we would like to adapt the welcome email so that it shows the users DDI number.

does anyone know what the field name is for the Direct Inbound Dialing (DID) Field on the users General tab. so for example i though it was %%DIRECTDIAL%% but this a guess?

I'm afraid this is not an option for the welcome email templates. All the available variables for each of the email templates have already been added to them.

Hi Charles,

I do feel this is an important field to consider adding. as ultimaly the welcome email for the users is the first introduction to 3CX and knowing what thier DDI is should be a Key peace of inforamtion.
