Welcome Email Template

I used the Welcome Email today and the link for the Windows Client attempted to download v16. Who is responsible for keeping the template content current, myself or 3CX?

The ŵelcome email is correct, windows client is v16 - has been replaced with 3cx desktop application https://www.3cx.com/blog/unified-communications/client-apps/

the old windows v16, still works with 3cx ver 18 for now

Yes you are correct, however I would say that the emphasis of the email is wrong. People read things in order, so you are drawn to 3CX App for Windows and then don't read any further, especially when you are looking for a link. New 3CX Windows Desktop App should be listed first as it's current. Also would it be too difficult to put the link https://servername:5001/webclient/api/app/windows

Just to add, you could edit the Welcome Email template, searching for the string "configure it by running the attached config file" and swap the two around if it pleases.
