Welcome email template

good afternoon

in my attempt to get rid of the "inside the office" line in the welcome email i've managed to mess with the wording.

I now only see the URL of the external site, it doesnt say "when outside the office".

I've copied the template from another 3CX but it doesnt change back to normal.

How can I restore this back to default?

Hi @kieferschild,

If you've overwritten the original template:

You can look in Settings > Parameters and find the content here:
MAILTEMPLATE_EXTWELCOME_DEFAULT

Your customized version is stored here:
MAILTEMPLATE_EXTWELCOME_CUSTOM
You can simply remove this parameter and the default will automatically return.

I have no _CUSTOM parameter. Does this take a while to set up?

Hi @kieferschild,

As soon as you save, it should create the MAILTEMPLATE_EXTWELCOME_CUSTOM parameter. Do you have the _DEFAULT mail template? It should match the attached document. If it doesn't, you can copy the contents and overwrite your default template.
