Welltech 2540 Setup in 3CX

Good Day,

I recently bought a welltech 2540 FXO Gateway, do you have any manuals how to setup the FXO Gateway and how to add it in 3CX?

Very little on Welltech these days, there was a generic guide once but it looks like it has disappeared.
888 VoIP still have one for the FXS variant:

Try the following however:

Use the Patton FXO guide for the 3CX side: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-smartnode-sn4112/

Then all it should be is a matter of generating the configuration and transferring to the Gateway.

Sorry, I'm new to PBX Systems.

I have some few questions.

• Where does the Main Trunk No comes? can i generate this?
• I have a direct phone lines, does the DID no. have some formats like i need to add the country code + area code as well?

The trunk is the Gateway in 3CX that you create, it will assign it a number (normally starting from 10000).

I think as far as the line goes (and im not 100% of this) it purely depends where you are located and what the provider presents. I am in the UK and we don't normally have to alter anything.

My suggestion is to set the gateway up, make a couple of calls and see what is presented.
