I see similar issues were discussed about WH66/67 but no resolution( https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/wh66-status.112737/)
The customer uses WH66 USB to connect to the PC and uses 3CX PWA as a softphone in the PC. The customer tried to dial through the Dialpad of WH66, and it was successful the first time. But when trying for the second time, 2 Softphone options will pop up on the WH66 screen. No matter which one is clicked, the wrong number will be broadcast.
The current temporary solution: after completing a call, disconnect the WH66 from the PC for 10 seconds and then connect it again, and your customer can dial normally.
Obviously the customer is not happy with this workaround, but Yealink is claiming it is a 3CX integration incompatibility. Is this a known issue that is being worked on?
Thanks.
