I am currently using an "unsupported" SIP provider in my on-prem setup without issue. I am considering moving to the hosted setup, but it appears that the hosted service only allows for the use of "supported" or "preferred" SIP providers.
Does this mean the hosted service only allows SIP providers that have commercial contracts with 3CX, regardless of technical compatibility?
With more and more SIP providers offering hosted PBX options, customers would be more likely to switch to a SIP provider's hosted PBX product rather than having to go through the process of changing SIP providers just to stick with 3CX.
