what exactly is "P-Charge-Info"?

I was doing some diagnostics - calling from my cell phone to one of our DID's and I came across this field with this in it..
P-Charge-Info: tel:602?????26

(masking the number as it seems like someones phone numbers - but none of ours in 3cx)

Is this a phone number? What exactly is this field for?

to add to this - my phone shows the first call came from the 602 number. When I called again 2 minutes later, it showed as my cell phone.

It is a SIP field header to indicate who will be charged for the call.
