My 3CX first year Standard Annual license is about to expire. I had previously understood that when this happens, the only difference is that you drop from 16 SC to 4 SC which is sufficient for my usage.
But I just got an email from 3CX saying that I will also lose my FQDN and won't be able to update 3CX unless I switch to a paid maintenance license. Is this correct? The FQDN isn't a big problem, but not being able to update might be.
I checked here but it doesn't say anything about if you're entitled to updates or not. Here's what's on my license page:
Basically I want to know what happens if I don't do anything by 10/22/19
